What is XY?

The XY Platform is an AI-driven automation platform built for healthcare operations. It combines intelligent Agents with configurable Workflows to automate repetitive, error‑prone tasks across revenue cycle, scheduling, data entry, and document handling. The platform integrates with your existing systems via APIs or, when no API exists, through the XY Browser Agent that operates web apps the way a human would.

How it works​

  1. Connect systems
    Link EHRs, billing systems, calendars, email, storage, and other tools. Credentials are stored securely.

  2. Pick or configure Agents
    Use built‑in Agents (e.g., Data Entry & Transcription, Claims Management, Scheduling, Missing Information) or create custom ones with your rules and content.

  3. Compose a Workflow
    In the visual builder, chain agent actions with conditions, loops, and parallel steps. Under the hood, the engine runs a DAG, handles retries, and passes outputs to the next step.

  4. Run it (co‑pilot → autopilot)
    Start in attended mode for oversight. Escalations route to a human queue if confidence is low or data is missing. Graduate to scheduled, unattended runs once you’re comfortable.

  5. Observe and improve
    Inspect runs, logs, and outputs. Corrections feed back into agents and templates, reducing future interventions.
