The Agents area helps teams understand which XY automation capabilities are available in their workspace and how those capabilities fit into broader workflows.

The Workflows area is where teams manage the automations they run in XY. It brings together workflows created in the web app and workflows that started as browser recordings.

The Integrations area is where your team manages connected systems in XY. It is designed to help you see what is already connected, discover new connections, and expand the systems your workflows can use.
📄️ Files
The Files area is where teams manage the documents and document sources that power XY workflows. In practice, it behaves less like a generic file manager and more like a workspace for document intake, synced sources, and knowledge-base content.

Install the XY Browser Agent and review Browser Agent activity in the XY Web App.
📄️ User Management
User management in XY lives in Organization Settings. This is where admins invite teammates, set roles, control page access, and manage shared credentials through the Password Store.
