XY includes organization-level controls so admins can decide who should see and use different parts of the platform.

Roles​

Common roles include:

  • Admin
  • Member
  • Viewer

What admins can control​

Depending on the workspace, admins can manage access to:

  • pages in the XY Web App
  • workflows
  • agents
  • analytics and other licensed areas

Why this matters​

Not every user needs access to every part of XY. Permissions help organizations:

  • align access with job responsibilities
  • reduce unnecessary exposure
  • support safer workflow rollout across teams

Best practices​

  • start with the least access needed
  • review permissions when a user’s role changes
  • revisit page access as your workflow program expands
