Password Store
The Password Store is the shared credential area inside Organization Settings. It gives admins a controlled way to manage credentials used by approved workflows and automations.
What can be stored
The current product supports common credential types such as:
- website logins
- API keys and secrets
What admins can do
- initialize the vault
- add credentials
- edit credentials
- delete credentials when they are no longer needed
Why use the Password Store
It gives teams a safer alternative to sharing credentials informally and helps keep workflow access tied to one managed place inside XY.

- only store credentials needed for approved workflow use cases
- review stored credentials regularly
- remove outdated credentials promptly
