Getting Started with Agents

  1. Start with the workflow outcome you want.
  2. Identify which agent capability supports that workflow.
  3. Make sure the related files and integrations are in place.
  4. Test the workflow with a small, safe example.

Best practices

  • Choose agents based on the process you want to improve, not just on category names.
  • Start with one or two strong use cases before expanding.
  • Pair agent rollout with the right files, integrations, and permissions.
