XY Web App Overview

The XY Web App is the central control hub for managing your healthcare automation platform. Built as a modern web application, it provides an intuitive interface for configuring agents, managing workflows, handling files, and monitoring your automation processes.

Key Features​

🏠 Dashboard​

Your command center showing agent recommendations, integration status, and quick access to frequently used features. The dashboard provides an overview of your automation health and suggests next steps for optimization.

🤖 Agent Management​

Browse and configure AI agents from the XY library or create custom agents. Manage both active agents ("My Agents") and discover new agents that could enhance your workflows.

📄 File Management​

Unified file handling across multiple sources including direct uploads, Google Drive, and OneDrive integration. All files are processed through OCR and indexing for searchability.

🔗 Integration Management​

Connect and configure healthcare systems including EHRs (DrChrono, eClinicalWorks, Elation), billing (CollaborateMD), collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams), and productivity/storage tools (Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive).

⚡ Queue Management​

Monitor and manage human-in-the-loop (HitL) processes for claims, invoices, and other documents requiring review or approval.

The web app uses a clean sidebar navigation with the following main sections:

  • Home - Dashboard and overview
  • Agents - Agent library and management
  • Files - Document and file management
  • Integrations - System connections and setup
  • Claims - Claims processing queues (when enabled)
  • Invoices - Invoice processing queues (when enabled)

Getting Started​

  1. Access the Web App: Navigate to your XY workspace URL
  2. Install Browser Extension: Complete the Chrome extension setup for workflow recording
  3. Connect Integrations: Set up your first EHR or productivity system integration
  4. Configure Agents: Activate agents that match your workflow needs
  5. Upload Files: Begin processing documents through the file management system

Real-time Features​

The web app includes real-time updates for:

  • Agent processing status
  • File upload and processing progress
  • Integration connection health
  • Queue item status changes
  • Workflow execution monitoring

Mobile Responsiveness​

The interface is optimized for desktop use but includes responsive design elements for basic mobile and tablet access. For full functionality, desktop or laptop usage is recommended.
