CollaborateMD Integration

Automate everyday CollaborateMD billing work so claims, charges, and statements stay accurate without manual clicks.

Overview

The CollaborateMD integration connects XY to your CollaborateMD billing system, enabling workflows and agents to access and manage claims, charges, and statements. This integration automates billing workflows to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy.

Authentication & Setup

  1. Navigate to the Integrations section in the XY Web App
  2. Select CollaborateMD from the integration directory
  3. Click "Connect" and complete the CollaborateMD authentication flow
  4. Grant XY the necessary permissions to access your CollaborateMD account
  5. Configure which billing data types and endpoints XY should access

Post-Authentication Configuration

After connecting, configure:

  • Data Access Scope: Select which types of data XY can access (claims, charges, statements, payments)
  • Sync Frequency: Set how often XY should sync data with CollaborateMD
  • Capability Settings: Enable or disable specific read/write operations
  • Practice Selection: If multiple practices, select which ones XY should access

Read Operations

  • Get Claim: Retrieve claim details and status
  • List Claims: Query claims by status, payer, date range, or patient
  • Get Charge: Retrieve charge details and information
  • List Charges: Query charges by type, status, or patient
  • Get Statement: Retrieve patient statement details
  • List Statements: Query statements by patient, date, or status
  • Get Payment: Retrieve payment information and details
  • Get Claim Status: Check claim submission and processing status

Write Operations

  • Create Claim: Submit new claims
  • Update Claim: Modify existing claim information
  • Create Charge: Add new charges
  • Update Charge: Modify existing charges
  • Update Statement: Modify patient statement information
  • Record Payment: Record payment information

Configuration

  • Set Sync Frequency: Configure how often to sync data with CollaborateMD
  • Manage Data Access: Enable or disable access to specific data types
  • Configure Capabilities: Control which read/write operations are available
  • Practice Settings: Configure access to multiple practices if applicable
