Microsoft OneDrive Integration

Overview
The Microsoft OneDrive integration connects XY to your OneDrive account, enabling workflows and agents to access, organize, and manage files stored in OneDrive. This integration supports both personal OneDrive and OneDrive for Business accounts.
Authentication & Setup
- Navigate to the Integrations section in the XY Web App
- Select Microsoft OneDrive from the integration directory
- Click "Connect" and complete the Microsoft OAuth authentication flow
- Grant XY the necessary permissions to access your OneDrive
- Configure which folders and files XY should access
Post-Authentication Configuration
After connecting, configure:
- Folder Selection: Choose which OneDrive folders XY should access
- File Type Filters: Optionally restrict to specific file types (PDFs, Office documents, etc.)
- Sync Frequency: Set how often XY should check for new or updated files
- Access Permissions: Control whether workflows can read, write, or both
- SharePoint Integration: Configure access to SharePoint document libraries if applicable
