Outlook Mail Integration
Give XY safe access to your Outlook inbox and calendar so automations can keep emails, events, and attachments moving.
Overview
The Outlook Mail integration connects XY to your Microsoft Outlook account, providing access to emails, calendar events, and attachments. This integration enables automation of email workflows, appointment management, and document handling.
Authentication & Setup
- Navigate to the Integrations section in the XY Web App
- Select Outlook Mail from the integration directory
- Click "Connect" and complete the Microsoft OAuth authentication flow
- Grant XY the necessary permissions to access your Outlook account
- Configure which folders XY should monitor
Post-Authentication Configuration
After connecting, configure:
- Folder Selection: Choose which Outlook folders XY should monitor
- Calendar Access: Select which calendars XY can access
- Sync Frequency: Set how often XY checks for new emails and calendar updates
- Email Filters: Optionally filter by sender, subject patterns, or keywords
- Attachment Handling: Configure how attachments should be processed
