Account Setup
Before you install the XY Browser Agent, make sure you can sign in to your organization’s XY workspace. The Browser Agent uses that same account so your recorded workflows stay connected to the right team and environment.
What you need first
Before installing, confirm that you have:
- access to the
XY Web App - the right workspace or organization access
- permission to download and use the Browser Agent
Sign in to XY
- Open app.xy.ai.
- Sign in using the method your organization uses for XY.
- Confirm that you land in the correct workspace.
Verify your access
Before you continue, make sure you can:
- Open the XY Web App successfully
- Navigate to
Browser Agents - See the install or download flow for the extension
- Access the workflow areas relevant to your role
Troubleshooting
I can sign in to the web app, but not the extension
- Sign in to the web app first, then reopen the Browser Agent.
- Make sure you are using the correct workspace account.
I do not see the Browser Agents area
- Your role may not include access yet.
- Ask an admin to review your page permissions.
I cannot download the extension
- Confirm you are in the right workspace.
- If your organization handles installation through IT, follow the instructions provided by your admin team.
