Recording a Workflow​

  1. Open the Side Panel

    • Click the XY extension icon
    • Select Open Side Panel

  2. Start Recording

    • In the side panel, click Start Recording
    • Configure multimodal recording options (video, audio, browser code)
    • Grant permissions if prompted (microphone, screen recording)
    • Select the tab/window you want to record
    • Click Start Recording

  3. Perform Actions

    • Navigate to any website
    • Click on elements
    • Fill in forms
    • The extension records all your actions

  4. Stop Recording

    • Click Stop Recording in the side panel
    • Your workflow is automatically saved

Running a Workflow​

  1. Open Your Workflows

    • In the side panel, go to My Workflows
    • Find your recorded workflow

  2. Execute

    • Click the Play button next to your workflow
    • Watch as XY automatically performs the recorded actions
